Human Powered Vehicle (HPV)
Gladstone State High School's Human Powered Vehicle Program (HPV) is an exciting competition that challenges students to race recumbent style bikes around a grand prix street circuit. Teams of 8 work together as they compete against over one hundred teams from across Queensland in the 24 hour endurance race, which is held in September each year at Maryborough. Gladstone High teams have produced some amazing results in past years and have students from all year levels keen to be a part of the action. Contact Mark McMullin on 4976 6209.
